RENTAL RETURN PROCEDURES

Please observe the following to avoid further charges

• All cables and adapters must be separated from each other.

• All Edison and Pin cable must be coiled in approx. 3' to 5' loops and all lengths 50' and over must be double tied with supplied black tie-line only.

• All feed cable must be coiled in approx. 5' loops and all lengths 50' and over are to be double tied with supplied black tie-line only.

• No tape must be left on any connectors.

• No paint, liquid or other substances are to be left on cables.

• No liquid on or in any equipment other than that which is supplied.

• Return all spare lamps provided and/or the burned out lamps.

• No staples should be left in any fabric or decking.

• All staging legs and batten should be separated from decks and all nails and screws removed from them.

• All drapes and skirts are to be refolded, with the face on the interior.

• Hardware and heavy cable must be packed under, not on, lighting fixtures or other fragile items.

• Fixture shutters and lens tubes must be closed for return.

• Color, color frames, patterns and pattern holders must be removed from fixtures.

• Padding provided for shipment must be used for repackaging and return.

• NO equipment with shipping cases will be transported without those cases.  No case or container will be shipped improperly (i.e.:  off its wheels, unstrapped).

Penalties will apply for:   

recoiling / retying / refolding                                   

cleaning

repair of damage

missing padding / packing

missing spare / burnouts
